If it was any other day we’d just call it Wednesday.

But today’s date is significant because it’s Back to the Future Day, the exact date that Marty McFly arrived in the future during that epic movie starring Michael J Fox and Christopher Lloyd.

Released in 1985, Back to the Future tried to offer a glimpse into what life might be like in 2015. Boy did they get it wrong.

We don’t have hoverboards, although I reckon if we did there’d be an influx of fail videos of people seeing their asses.

We’ve also been subjected to hipsters and don’t get me started on today’s pop culture.
